You want to be in control of your records to guarantee the traceability of your business processes.
We comply with internationally recognised Records Management standards, specifically ISO 15489.
- Following an initial analysis of the situation we develop a plan for handling business records.
- We design a classification system, or archiving plan, to encompass all the activities and business processes of your organisation, in close collaboration with all relevant departments.
- Within the classification system we record additional information (metadata) for each category, for example the retention period.
- We advise you regarding the acquisition of a system which digitally manages your records. Alternatively, we can build the classification system on your normal file server.
- We train your staff in handling business records and use of the classification system. We design all other implementation measures, from authorisation concept to controlling.
